Liz Warren Spills Her ‘Dream Joint Lineup’

Liz Warren Spills Her ‘Dream Joint Lineup’Yo, peep this, on Monday, Sen. Elizabeth Warren (D-MA) jumped on the Pod Save America podcast and spilled the beans on who she would chill with in her “dream blunt rotation.” Now listen up, she don’t actually smoke, but she kept it real positive with her answers.

In a special President’s Day edition episode on Feb. 19, Jon Favreau from Pod Save America asked her about her push to take pot off the schedule and also who she’d want to blaze up with out of a list of choices.

The lineup for the “dream blunt rotation” was lit, including politicians like President Joe Biden, Vice President Kamala Harris, Sen. Bernie Sanders (I-VT), Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer (D-NY), Treasury Secretary Janet Yellen, and Rep. Nancy Pelosi (D-CA), as well as celebs like Snoop Dogg, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson, and Taylor Swift.

Warren played along, keeping it light, saying she’d pick The Rock four times. She kept it real funny.

But when Favreau hit her with the question about her “nightmare blunt rotation,” with choices like Elon Musk, Sen. Ted Cruz (R-TX), Senate Minority Leader Mitch McConnell (R-KY), Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell, and Mark Zuckerberg, Warren wasn’t about to go there. She kept it classy and declined to answer.

She laughed it off and said she was starting to feel sick just thinking about it. That lineup sounded straight up nasty.

Before that, when Favreau asked her about the real deal topic of descheduling cannabis, Warren was all in. She and other Democratic senators been pushing to get marijuana off the Controlled Substances Act completely.

“We’re pushing on them now,” Warren said. “I want them to deschedule marijuana altogether. Look, if the Republicans didn’t block us, we’d run this through Congress. You just legalize it.”

She’s all for some regulations like they do with alcohol – you gotta be a certain age, have some disclosures about how strong it is and all that. But she’s telling the DEA to get with the times and stop trippin’ about weed.

Pod Save America is hosted by some former Obama crew members – Jon Favreau, Jon Lovett, Dan Pfeiffer, and Tommy Vietor.

Now let’s talk about Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s push to deschedule cannabis. She hit up The Late Show with Stephen Colbert and talked about going all in on taking weed off the schedule entirely instead of just moving it around from Schedule I to Schedule III of the Controlled Substances Act.

“Marijuana is scheduled by the DEA at the same risk level as heroin,” Warren said. “And that means not only is it illegal, you can’t even do research on it. It’s no good – what we’re saying is get with it DEA.”

In a letter led by Warren and Sen. John Fetterman (D-PA) along with other Democrats like U.S. Senate Majority Leader Chuck Schumer and Sen. Bernie Sanders among others. They’re telling the DEA and Biden administration to deschedule weed for real this time.

They’re not playing around – they want cannabis completely off the list of controlled substances. No more messing around.

Biden needs all the help he can get for this next election coming up. A survey by Lake Research Partners showed that if he gets cannabis moved from Schedule I to Schedule III, his favorability could go up by 11% among younger voters.

The survey showed that most people support rescheduling cannabis – 58% are down with it while only 19% are against it. And that support is across all different groups – young folks are especially into it.

So there you have it – Elizabeth Warren keeping it real on Pod Save America and pushing hard for that cannabis descheduling movement. It’s about time we get this done and legalize weed once and for all.

And that’s a wrap on Sen. Elizabeth Warren’s dream blunt rotation and her push to deschedule cannabis – stay tuned for more updates on these important issues. Peace out!
