Now that sounds like fun!

My only interesting critters in the bathtub memories were actually the result of my dad. We’d go fishing and bring home bass which he’d put in the tub. But he could only rarely bring himself to actually clean them and we’d end up making another trip to the lake to release them!

I was thinking very similar things to Chuck Simmins. Except our crawdads and dam building and minnow catching was riddled with eel catching and baby alligator grabbing and frog giggin'. It's what happens when you grow up on the Gulf coast (of Mississippi) and you have bayous and ditches instead of cricks.
