We’re moved! And we have internet again! The slower internet is going to take some getting used to, but moving to the country is supposed to be about a slower pace of life, right?
I feel like a little kid on Christmas morning just staring at all the lights and presents. Even if I do know what is in all those boxes.

Welcome to Roscommon Acres, my little home in the country. I write here about life more abundantly, from the joy of a baby’s smile to the almost unbearable grief of losing a son. I am seeking beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, a garment of praise instead of the spirit of despair (Isaiah 61:3).

Just place "Tiggy" in the subject line.

yay! Happy move-in!!!
Just wanted to check in and see how you are doing in your Bible in 90 Days reading. Sounds like you’ve had a lot on your plate. Has the reading helped or fallen by the wayside? Let me know when you get a chance so I’ll know how to pray for you.

Congratulations!
Such an exciting time. Every box is an adventure in where to put the stuff inside it.

Oh, do you have dial up internet? Or just slower than what you were used to? (See how much I know about it all. I just plug in that orange cable and go.
)
I’m so happy for you! The only boxes we have left to unpack are books, imagine that.

An adventure, indeed. Especially until we finish the work in the basement and can move stuff down there!
And it is DSL, or something like it. I’m not sure it is much faster than dial-up, but we can make calls even while online.
No more hulu, though. Cartoons are ok, but I can’t watch a show on it!
