I was going to post tonight, but then I got a call at 9PM to show the house in the morning.
I was going to post yesterday, but then my husband got an unexpected day off.
I was going to post the day before that, but then I had a fussy baby.
And, so it seems, this has become the story of this blog. Not gone. Not forgotten. Not neglected.
Just interrupted. And how is homeschooling going, you ask? I’ve changed its name to Interruption Academy. Or maybe Academy of the Principled Interruption.

Welcome to Roscommon Acres, my little home in the country. I write here about life more abundantly, from the joy of a baby’s smile to the almost unbearable grief of losing a son. I am seeking beauty instead of ashes, the oil of joy instead of mourning, a garment of praise instead of the spirit of despair (Isaiah 61:3).

Just place "Tiggy" in the subject line.

Or maybe The Principle of Immaculate Interruption.
Lol- I like it. So true. And Amen.
No, no… it’s an academic thing, so you call it a “sabbatical.” LOL
Ah the dreaded virus, Blogous Interputus. I pray you recover soon.
I took the summer off. Ah, well.
I was going to post, but couldn’t organize a thought in my head.
I had in mind to post, but I had 187 unread entries on blogs I subscribe to on bloglines.
Now, teaching my youngest daughter to read seems to be taking up quite a bit of time.
Ah, glad to see I’m not alone!
Ahh, we’re interrupted constantly too! Great title for your “academy”…my guess it would fit every homeschooling academy.
Thanks for your sweet comment and stopping by my blog!
